Dear members of Universe Club,
Thank you as always for your continued interest and use of our service.
We would like to inform the following changes to our service and operation details.
When making a bank transfer to settle payments, please only enter the payment ID as your name. Do not enter your name or club name in the transaction.
Using the ID as your name in the bank transfer will allow a streamlined check to identify which transaction you are making the payment.
Example:
To ensure the ladies have ample time to be prepared and transit to a date venue, we will be scheduling the date requests as follows.
New or ongoing date requests for the next day before 6 pm:
We will continue to schedule and confirm the date request until 7 pm on the previous day of the preferred schedule.
New or ongoing date requests for the next day on or past 6 pm:
We will continue to schedule and confirm the date until 4 pm on the same day.
On the day date requests:
We will proceed and schedule the date until 4 pm.
*Please note if the dates are not confirmed by the above timings, the request will be canceled.
*Please note we will not be able to accommodate additional candidates or change the order of the candidates once the request is received.
*New date requests for the next or the same day will be limited to Platinum and Black class membership holders.
Due to cancellations occurring from personal or work schedule changes, we would like to ask the date requests to be sent at the earliest three weeks in advance.
